Grief is a difficult thing to come to terms with – whoever we are grieving for and no matter what age we are when it happens. Some people never really come to terms with grief; although grieving is a ‘natural’ process, it can effect our health in many ways. Some people learn to ‘cope’ more effectively than others and some people may have ‘good’ and ‘bad’ days.
