Achieving a bikini body like a Victoria’s Secret model is impossible for most women – or is it? Most of the Victoria’s Secret super models are “blessed” (depending on how you want to look at it) with skinny bodies, “good” genes and metabolism. Most of them are also young.
It is natural for a woman’s metabolism to slow down after the age of 25 but this doesn’t mean she has to subject herself to a life of resignation and memories of a more youthful body; it is harder to lose weight as you get older but there are a few common sense things which you can do to achieve a happy, healthy you!
The “right’” diet, exercise, sleep and relaxation are factors which should go without saying – but it doesn’t have to be rigid and a ”life sentence”; there are different ways to diet and exercise which can be fun too!
