Paris in the Winter
Paris, France (not Paris, Texas) is a city for lovers, friends and families – and is great in any season! I first visited Paris at the age of sixteen. it was my first trip abroad and my first trip without family. I visited a pen friend there – she had visited me the year before in the U.K. Since then I have visited Paris many, many times – with boyfriends, family and friends – and in every season.
Paris has its charms in any season – if I had to choose a season, I would probably say Spring, if the weather is right. its a great destination for a group of girl friends to hang out, shop, visit galleries, eat and drink! Since I moved to the U.S., I miss the closeness and ease a visit to Paris afforded me, being only a hour or two flight from the U.K. I think a trip to Paris is definately on the cards on my next visit back to the U.K. – I may even take my husband!
