British actress Kate Winslet, 34, appears to be over her seven year marriage to Sam Mendes – as she went “public” with new boyfriend, Louis Dowler, 34, over the weekend. News of the Kate Winslet and Sam Mendes divorce came in March 2010. However, Kate was spotted out in London (England) over the weekend on the arm of Louis Dowler, a hot British male model. The couple apparently partied until the early hours.
The UK’s Daily Mirror newspaper had this to say about Louis Dowler:
“Louis has a good sense of humor and is a lovely guy. He gets lots of attention when he’s out and about – but he’s not your typical model. Not at all big headed.”
Let’s hope that Kate Winslet has found “true love” with Mr Dowler – and that it is “third time lucky” for her 
Kate has also been married to Jim Threapleton, prior to her marriage to Sam Mendes. Although she has enjoyed much success in her professional life, her personal life has not always fared so well.
However, if it doesn’t work out Kate, I’m sure there are a few ladies who would gladly take him off your hands
